We are recruiting Relationship Officers and Business Development Officers to join our expanding team on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire and onboard new customers in line with company procedures
- Build and maintain strong customer and market relationships
- Generate revenue through consistent disbursement and collection performance
- Conduct proper KYC and due diligence to ensure customer viability
- Deliver excellent customer service through follow-up and customer education
- Generate leads, conduct site visits and process loan applications
- Document customer interactions and provide accurate, timely reports
- Gather market intelligence and support business growth
