Biodeal Animal Health is strengthening its presence in Kenya’s animal health sector, with a growing
portfolio focused on livestock wellness, veterinary support, and strong agrovet partnerships.
As we expand, we are building a focused field team to deepen our market reach across agrovets,
veterinary clinics, and breeder networks.
The Role
The Veterinary Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and managing a defined territory
within Kenya.
This role requires consistent field engagement, account development, and driving product movement
across agrovet outlets and veterinary channels.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Visiting agrovets and animal health outlets consistently
- Opening new retail accounts and securing first purchase orders
- Maintaining and growing existing accounts
- Building professional relationships with veterinarians and breeders
- Negotiating shelf space and improving product visibility
- Monitoring competitor activity within the territory
- Submitting structured daily and weekly field reports
- Driving repeat business through follow-up and relationship management
What we are looking for
We are seeking individuals who are commercially aware, structured in their approach, and
confident in the field.
The ideal candidate has:
- 2 to 4 years of field sales experience in Agrovet, Animal Health, FMCG, Pharmaceutical, or related
sectors - A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Good understanding of Kenya’s livestock and agrovet market
- Strong follow-up habits and organized territory planning
You should be comfortable engaging retailers, veterinary professionals, and livestock stakeholders in a
professional and credible manner.

A Diploma or Degree in Animal Health, Veterinary Medicine, Agribusiness, Sales, Marketing, or a related
