We’re hiring: Real Estate Intern — Investment Department
Kweli Capital Group is offering a 6 month internship for a motivated student or recent graduate ready to build real experience in real estate investment and affordable housing finance.
You’ll work alongside our Real Estate & Alternative Investments team on the Amaka Fund’s Tenant Purchase Scheme, gaining exposure to developer due diligence, transaction coordination, market research, and financial modelling, in a fast paced, high performance asset management environment.
What we’re looking for:
– Recent graduate (within the last year) in Real Estate, Land Economics, Valuation, Construction Management, Finance, or a related field
– Basic Excel proficiency and willingness to build financial modelling skills
– Strong attention to detail and genuine interest in real estate or affordable housing finance
