Food Safety and Quality Officers – 4 positions
Location: Nairobi
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Quality Management, Agriculture or a related field.
- Previous experience in fresh produce, food processing, packhouse or FMCG quality control/assurance will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, BRCGS and food safety systems.
- Good understanding of fresh produce quality specifications and grading standards.
- Good documentation, reporting and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and in shifts.
- High attention to detail and ability to identify and escalate quality and food safety risks.
