Shah Lalji Nangpar Academy is seeking an exceptional, experienced HR Manager to provide strategic leadership and support our continued growth and ambition.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy: Develop and implement the school’s HR strategy.
Talent: Lead recruitment, onboarding, retention, and performance management.
Compliance: Ensure full alignment with Kenyan labour laws and statutory requirements
Relations: Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and staff wellbeing.
Operations: Manage HR policies, payroll-related processes, and accurate record-keeping.
Key Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HRM or related field (Master’s Degree is an added advantage).
Certification: Professional HR qualification and IHRM membership
Experience: 5+ years of progressive HR management experience (educational sector preferred).
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and high emotional intelligence.
