We’re Hiring: Sales Representative( Nairobi Metropolitan Region)

Small businesses across Kenya lose income every day to spoiled stock because reliable cold storage is out of reach.

At Drop Access Limited | Women in Industry Winner’25 UNIDO ONE World Sustainability Awards, we’re changing that and we need a sales representative who can take our solution directly to the businesses that need it most.

If you know how to build trust fast, explain value simply and close deals in the field this is your role. This opportunity is Field-based in Nairobi.

Core Requirements for the role:

1. 2-4 years of field sales experience in equipment leasing, asset finance, insurance or FMCG distribution
2. A diploma or degree in Sales & Marketing, Business, or a related field
3. Familiarity with cold-chain, agri-inputs, or last-mile distribution (a strong plus, not a must)
