Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Workshop Operations Assistant (Quality & Workflow) to support smooth day-to-day operations across our workshop. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured environments, keeping work moving efficiently, maintaining visibility across multiple activities, and ensuring quality standards are upheld. You do not need direct automotive experience to succeed — candidates from environments that involve process flow, production stages, quality control, or operational coordination are encouraged to apply. You will work closely with workshop teams across auto body, detailing, and coating while developing deeper operational and quality leadership capability over time.
What You’ll Do
    • Track vehicles and jobs as they move through workshop stages
    • Maintain visibility of timelines, progress, priorities, and blockers
    • Support quality checks throughout different stages of work
    • Help identify issues early and coordinate corrective action
    • Assist in coordinating hand-offs between workshop teams
    • Monitor job timelines and highlight delays before they become problems
    • Support final inspections and presentation readiness before vehicle delivery
    • Maintain simple job tracking and reporting records
    • Contribute ideas that improve workflow, quality consistency, and efficiency
What Success Looks Like
    • Clear visibility of all ongoing work at any given time
    • Fewer surprises at final inspection
    • Smooth movement of jobs across teams and stages
    • Improved consistency and reduced rework
    • Better coordination and predictable delivery timelines

Requirements

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in workshop operations, production coordination, quality control, manufacturing, service operations, project coordination, or another stage-based operational environment
    • Diploma or higher qualification in Automotive, Mechanical, Production, Operations, Quality Management, Engineering, Business Operations, or a related field
    • Strong attention to detail and process discipline
    • Ability to organize, track, and coordinate multiple moving activities
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
    • Strong communication and follow-through
Nice to Have
    • Automotive workshop experience or education
    • Experience with quality checkpoints, process control, or workflow tracking
    • Exposure to structured operational environments
Who Will Thrive Here
    • Highly organized and process-driven
    • Calm under pressure and solution-oriented
    • Observant and quality-conscious
    • Confident coordinating with multiple stakeholders
    • Takes ownership and follows work through to completion
