Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management,Business Administration, or Finance
- Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is an added advantage
- Minimum 7 years in hotel management,hospitality operations with at least 3 years in Senior Management.
- Contract Management: Ability to interpret and enforce Hotel Management Agreements (HMAs).
- Proven track record in managing hotel/serviced apartment or mixed-use developments operations
- Strong background in financial auditing and operational oversight.
- Proficiency in PMS (Property Management Systems),Excel, and Channel Managers.
