We are looking for a driven, intellectually curious Associate to join our legal and advisory team. This is a substantive, high-output role at the intersection of legal practice, knowledge development, and client advisory with a particular emphasis on environmental, conservation, and climate change law. The successful candidate will conduct rigorous legal research, produce first-level drafts across a range of practice areas, manage procedural and filing obligations, and contribute to the firm’s knowledge base and client-facing publications. They will also support the design and delivery of training programmes for internal and external audiences.
This role suits a lawyer with 1–4 years’ post-qualification experience who combines strong technical legal skills with a genuine commitment to environmental and conservation issues in Kenya and the wider East African region.
