Moringa School is a premier advanced immersive program, training exceptional full-stack/mobile Software Engineers and Data Scientists. Students train 10+ hours a day, 5 days a week, through 20 weeks in a curriculum focused on computer science & data fundamentals, frontend skills, and Python/Django or Java/Android.
Moringa School is seeking a highly driven and execution-focused Grants Program Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, multi-partner programs within the digital skilling and youth employment ecosystem. This role requires strong program management capability, stakeholder coordination, operational discipline, and a deep commitment to delivering measurable outcomes for participants, partners, and funders.
The Program Manager will be responsible for translating program strategy into actionable implementation plans, coordinating cross-functional teams and partners, and ensuring delivery against timelines, budgets, and impact targets. You will work closely with internal teams as well as external stakeholders such as implementing partners and grant funders. PS: This is a full-time, fixed-term contract role (4 years), tied to grant funding. Contract renewal is subject to grant renewal.
