We are currently hiring for multiple roles across Nairobi and Kisumu, including:

  • Group Administrative Coordinator
  • HR Graduate Trainee
  • Finance Graduate Trainee
  • Locum Laboratory Technologist
  • EMT Ambulance Operator

1. GROUP ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR – NAIROBI

Overall purpose of the job:

Reporting to the Group Chief Finance Officer, the role is responsible for providing high-level, confidential administrative and coordination support to the Group Office, while serving as a key liaison with the Board, Management, Operating Companies, and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and logistical support to the group office
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and information flow
  • Attend meetings, take minutes, and track action points
  • Support ESG reporting through data collection, analysis, and consolidation
  • Coordinate management, regional, Board, and Committee meetings
  • Act as a liaison between SSC and executive offices
  • Prepare confidential correspondence and manage executive travel arrangements

Position requirements and other competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution
  • Minimum five (5) years’ relevant experience
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality

2. HR GRADUATE TRAINEE – NAIROBI (RE-ADVERTISEMENT)

Overall Purpose of the Job:

Reporting to the HR Business Partner, the incumbent will provide administrative support to the Human Resource department, ensuring smooth HR operations and efficient handling of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records accurately
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including interviews and psychometric assessments
  • Manage general filing and documentation for the HR department
  • Oversee HR Management Information System (HRMIS) data entry and updates
  • Handle routine HR correspondence and communications

Position requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management
  • CHRP Foundation level certification (an added advantage)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Excellent organisational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in ICT and HR systems

3. GRADUATE TRAINEE – FINANCE

Overall purpose of the job:

Reporting to the Financial Accountant, the incumbent will support in payments processing, supplier management and reconciliation of supplier accounts.

Key responsibilities:

  • Payment processing to suppliers
  • Management of supplier accounts
  • Reconciliation and sign off of supplier accounts
  • Petty cash processing
  • Preparation of monthly audit schedules

Position requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting/Finance
  • CPA Intermediate Level
  • Excellent communication skills
  • ICT proficiency

4. LOCUM LABORATORY TECHNOLOGIST – NAIROBI

Overall purpose of the job:

Reporting to the Laboratory in-Charge, the incumbent will be responsible for performing laboratory-based scientific medical investigation to provide laboratory diagnosis

Key responsibilities:

  • Collect, process, and manage client samples
  • Communicate laboratory results
  • Maintain quality standards and proper laboratory practices
  • Prepare laboratory reports
  • Participate in quality control programmes

Position requirements:

  • Diploma in Medical Laboratory Science
  • Valid registration with the Kenya Medical Laboratory Technicians and Technologists Board
  • Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in medical laboratory work
  • ICT proficiency
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a team
  • Pleasant and professional personality

5. EMT AMBULANCE OPERATOR – KISUMU REGION

The overall purpose of the job:

Reporting to the Fleet Supervisor, the incumbent will be responsible for safely operating an ambulance and assisting the paramedic in patient care.

Key Responsibilities

To operate the ambulance

  • To ensure proper maintenance of the vehicle
  • To keep the inventory of all the vehicle-related equipment and spares
  • To ensure that all communication equipment is in good condition
  • To keep all records related to vehicle usage and maintenance of the ambulance
  • To assist the paramedic in patient care

Position Requirements

  • A certificate in EMT-1 or Basic (EMT-1/B)
  • Practising license from KCEMT
  • Valid class BCE driving license
  • At least 2 years of experience as an ambulance Operator
  • Customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to details
  • Self-motivated and a team player
  • Confidentiality and Integrity
