We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Data Analyst to join our HR Team. If you have a keen eye for detail, passion for Data Analyst, we want you to be part of our dynamic team.
Qualifications:
i. Bachelor’s degree in statics, financial engineering or relevant field.
ii. Master’s Degree will be an added advantage. iii. HR Certification will be an added advantage.
iv. Five years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
v. High level of proficiency in Excel, business intelligence, dashboards $ data visualization. vi. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. vii. Effective communication skills. vili. Good presentation skills.
ix. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Responsibilities.
- Work with the HR team to identify and comprehend their data and analytics requirements. Collaborate closely with the team to understand their data requirements and make appropriate changes to the Power Query procedures to fit with changing requirements.
- Gather, clean, and analyze HR data from multiple sources, such as a tracking sheet, SAP system, Bata performance review system, employee surveys, and other relevant databases.
- Manage Time and Attendance Records for the office staff on a weekly basis and issue detailed report coupled with the necessary measures of redress.
- Create and manage HR dashboards and reports using various tools to efficiently display and convey HR metrics, trends, and insights for Attendance, BPR, GTMR as per the regional HR directives.
- Identify important HR KPIs and performance indicators to monitor and report on HR activities such as recruiting and diversity and inclusion reports
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover patterns, trends, and correlations in HR data, and give practical recommendations to optimize HR training/recruiting processes in the area. Monthly monitoring of footfall camera analysis to determine the trends at the retail level in collaboration with the MIS, Retail and HR Business partner.
- Use HR data to do predictive analysis and forecasting to support workforce planning and talent management initiatives.
- Work with the IT department to guarantee data validity, integrity, and security, as well as to aid in the implementation of data governance procedures.
- Keep abreast of industry developments and best practices in HR data analytics and offer novel techniques to increase data analysis and reporting capabilities. Maintain and customize Power BI dashboards on a continuous basis, ensuring the integrity and reliability of the data shown, updating visuals as appropriate, and incorporating feedback from stakeholders to increase the dashboards’ effectiveness.
- Manage and personalize Excel Power Query procedures. This entails maintaining data connections, assuring data integrity, and optimizing queries to properly extract, convert, and load HR data.
- Any other duties assigned from time to time.
