Objective:
The primary objective of this role is to support the digital marketing team in executing social media marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and audience growth for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging, high-quality content for various social media platforms, including text, image, video, and interactive formats.
- Develop social media content calendars aligned with client objectives and target audience preferences.
- Schedule and publish content using social media management tools, ensuring optimal timing and frequency for maximum reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to analyse social media performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions) and provide insights to optimize future content and strategies.
- Assist in creating and implementing social media advertising campaigns, including ad creation, targeting, budget management, and performance tracking.
- Support the creation of social media reports for clients, summarising key metrics, trends, and actionable recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices for content creation, engagement, and audience targeting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to specific audiences.
- Graphic design and video editing skills, with proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics and translate data into actionable insights.
- Proactive attitude, ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Prior experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or related fields.
