In order to address future manpower needs, we are seeking for a high potential
fresh university graduate to join our management trainee development program in
the following designated area of our business:
MANAGEMENT TRAINEE –Sales & Marketing-REF-ASK /MT/6/2025
Position scope
Reporting to the departmental Manager, the successful candidate will undergo
intensive on- the- job training to build capacity in the Sales and marketing
department.
Successful candidates must possess the following qualifications/competencies:
Minimum of upper second class Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales,
Trade or equivalent qualification.
Must demonstrate ability to multitask
Must be a team player
Excellent communication skills
Excellent knowledge of Ms office packages
Must not be more than 28 years of age
Must possess a certificate of good conduct
Must have a clearance certificate form HELB
Membership of MSK or post-graduate Diploma in trade /marketing
shall be an added advantage.
