Are you a skilled tech professional with expertise in Finacle Core Banking Solutions? CIB Kenya is hiring a Finacle Core Banking Specialist to support and enhance our core banking systems, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and seamless banking services.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and optimize Finacle CBS based on business needs.
Provide Level 1 support and coordinate with vendors for advanced issue resolution.
Conduct SIT and UAT for new features and updates.
Manage patching, upgrades, tariff updates, and version control.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
Support BCP and disaster recovery drills.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience supporting core banking platforms.
In-depth knowledge of Finacle 10.x, including CRM, SVS, and Fl modules.
Proficient in Unix/Linux, JBoss, SQL, and PL/SQL.
Strong understanding of banking IT systems, project management, and IT audit practices.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Able to collaborate across teams and mentor peers.
