WEB DEVELOPER
Qualifications
- Proven experience in web design/front-end dev (agency experience preferred).
- Experience leading dev teams- delegating tasks and overseeing performance.
- Strong client communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiar with project tools like Trello, Asana, or Jira.
- Solid portfolio with creative design and dev work.
- Skilled in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar Ul/UX tools.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JS (plus React or Next.js is a bonus).
- Experience with CMSs like WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify.
- Understanding of SEO, accessibility, and responsive design.
- Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and tools like Lighthouse.
- Basic graphic design and branding skills.
- Good grasp of user journeys, CAs, and marketing funnels.
- Familiar with digital marketing tools:
- Social Media (e.g., Buffer, Meta Suite)
- Email marketing (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot)
- Campaign tracking and performance
- Strong problem-solving, detail-oriented, able to work solo or in teams.
- Diploma/Degree in Web Design, Dev, CS, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Build responsive websites/landing pages (HTML, CSS, JS, Next.js, WP, Webflow).
- Lead dev team to deliver high-quality, timely projects.
- Collaborate with designers, writers, marketers, and clients.
- Act as dev lead in client meetings- gather needs, give updates, suggest solutions.
- Create user-friendly, goal-oriented interfaces.
- Apply SEO best practices in development.
- Optimize sites for speed, scalability, and performance.
- Set up tracking: GA, Tag Manager, Meta Pixels.
- Manage CMS content and create custom themes/templates.
- Assist in deploying digital campaigns-emails, landing pages.
- Stay updated on tools, trends, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot, maintain uptime, and offer tech support.
- Test for consistency across browsers, devices, and platforms.
