LABORATORY ASSISTANT
Salary range Ksh35,000-55,000
Jaffery Academy Mombasa, a leading International School in Mombasa, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Laboratory Assistant to join our dynamic academic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare laboratory equipment and materials for science practicals.
- Assist teachers during laboratory sessions.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and disposal of chemicals and materials.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the laboratory.
- Carry out routine maintenance and inventory of laboratory equipment and supplies
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of a Diploma in Laboratory Technology, Applied Sciences, or related field.
- Previous experience working in an academic laboratory setting is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of laboratory safety procedures
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
