REQUIREMENTS
- Certificate or Diploma in Phlebotomy, Laboratory Technology, or a related field.
- Valid practicing license from the Kenya Medical Laboratory Technicians and Technologists Board (KMLTTB) or relevant regulatory body.
- Proven experience in phlebotomy.
- Valid motorcycle riding license with demonstrated riding experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle a dynamic mobile work schedule.
- Familiarity with Nairobi neighborhoods and road routes.
- Experience in home care, mobile labs, or community-based healthcare programs.
- Basic life support (BLS) training is an added advantage.
