OVERVIEW
The Marketing Associate: Listings and Engagement at Peach will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of vehicle listings across our digital plat-forms, ensuring that every car is accurately presented and quickly visible to buyers. This role requires attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset to create compelling, trustworthy listings that drive leads and conversions.
The associate will also serve as the frontline voice of the brand online by promptly responding to buyer and seller inquiries through social media comments and direct messages, maintaining Peach’s warm and professional tone.
Beyond content management and engagement, this role collaborates closely with Sales, Creative, and Customer Experience teams to ensure listing accura-cy, timely updates, and consistent brand messaging.
By tracking key metrics and reporting insights weekly, the Marketing Associate will help optimize workflows and improve the overall marketplace experience, playing a crucial role in scaling Peach’s presence and reputation as Kenya’s most trusted car marketplace.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
LISTINGS MANAGEMENT
Quickly publish and update vehicle listings across platforms Ensure listings are accurate, compelling, and visually appealing Delist sold vehicles and maintain consistent pricing and photos
SOCIAL ENGAGEMENT
Respond promptly and warmly to buyer and seller inquiries on social media
Escalate leads and flag common questions to relevant teams
Maintain Peach’s friendly and trustworthy brand voice
QUALITY CONTROL & COLLABORATION
Vet listings for accuracy and flag issues for resolution
Work closely with Sales, Creative, & Product teams to ensure smooth workflows Follow up to resolve listing or system challenges
REPORTING & INSIGHTS
Track listing turnaround, flagged issues, and engagement trends Prepare weekly reports with key updates and improvement suggestions Use data to help optimize listing quality and customer interactions
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Communications, or related)
- 1+ year in content publishing, digital marketing, or community management
- Strong written communication skills
- Familiar with CMS and social media platforms
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude
- Experience in e-commerce or automotive marketplaces = a plus!
