REVENUE ACCOUNTANT
Location: Nakuru
Valley Hospital is seeking to recruit a Revenue Accountant to support the Finance team in ensuring accurate recording, reconciliation, and reporting of the hospital’s revenue.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field.
CPA qualification (minimum Section 4).
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a medium to large organization.
• Proficient in accounting software and hospital management systems.
KEY COMPETENCIES
Strong ability to accurately record and reconcile revenue streams across multiple service points.
Proficient in preparing income reports, variance analysis, and supporting audit and compliance processes.
High level of accuracy in reviewing receipts, reports, and reconciliations.
Ethical handling of financial data with strict adherence to confidentiality and internal controls.
Strong supervision skills to effectively manage cashier teams and oversee front office collections.
Excellent communication and coordination skills across departments.
