REQUIRED QUALIFICATION
EDUCATION
Medical Degree (MBChB) or equivalent from a recognized institution.
Additional qualifications in healthcare management or clinical leadership are an advantage.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 5 years post internship experience, three of which must be in leadership role in a facility of similar size.
SKILLS:
Proven ability to lead and mentor clinical staff, fostering a culture of excellence in patient care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with multidisciplinary teams.
Competency in strategic planning and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
LICENSING:
Registered with the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council (KMPDC) with a valid practicing license.
