Credit Officer – Biashara (SME) Loans
Educational Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Banking, Economics, or a related field.
Experience Requirements:
- A minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in credit operations, loan processing, or client relationship management, preferably within the microfinance sector serving SMEs.
- Experience in performing field visits, evaluating client businesses, and analyzing cash flow across various types of enterprises.
- Familiarity with credit scoring techniques, KYC procedures, and risk-based lending approaches.
