KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, field operations, BTL campaign management, or a closely related role in East Africa
- Strong communication – clear, confident, and concise in both written and verbal form, with clients and with agents
- Experience working directly with external clients or brand stakeholders in a professional setting
- Experience managing or coordinating a distributed workforce, agent network, or field team
- Understanding of M-Pesa payments, digital wallets, or agent-based financial models
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple active workstreams simultaneously without losing grip on any of them
- High comfort with data and reporting — can read a Hokela dashboard and build a story from it
Deeply organized by default — builds checklists, timelines, and SOPs instinctively, not when asked - Familiarity with SFA platforms, CRM tools, or field operations software
Nairobi-based, with willingness to travel for field visits across Kenya and occasionally regionally
