We are a growing automobile company seeking a professional, customer-focused, and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team.

The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring exceptional service while coordinating vehicle repair processes, insurance claims, and workshop activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and attend to customer inquiries professionally, both in person and over the phone.
• Coordinate vehicle inspections, repairs, and delivery schedules.
• Liaise with insurance companies, assessors, and workshop personnel regarding repair progress.
  Provide customers with regular updates on the status of their vehicles.
  Prepare job cards, quotations, invoices, and other service documentation.
  Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally.\Maintain accurate customer records and service reports.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the repair process.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Automotive Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service within either of the following areas:
• An automobile company;
• A motor vehicle repair garage/workshop; or
• A company specializing in insurance accident vehicle repairs.
• Good understanding of vehicle repair processes and insurance repair procedures.
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple customer cases simultaneously.
