PROPERTY OFFICER
DEPARTMENT: ADMINISTRATION
Apex Business Park Limited is seeking to recruit a dedicated and results-driven Property Officer to support the efficient management and administration of our properties and ensure exceptional tenant satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
- Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Collect rent and charges, issue receipts, and follow up on arrears.
- Serve as the main point of contact for tenants and handle tenant concerns.
- Manage contractors and service providers and ensure quality service delivery.
- Ensure property security, safety, and compliance with standards.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports for management.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Certificate or Diploma in Property Management, Real Estate, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ relevant experience in property management, estate administration, or a similar role.
- Proven experience in rent collection, tenant relations, lease administration, and occupancy management.
- Experience in coordinating maintenance activities and managing contractors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
- Valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)
- Rent collection rate and arrears management.
- Occupancy and tenant retention levels.
- Tenant satisfaction and response times.
- Timely completion of maintenance requests.
- Property cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards.
- Contractor performance and service delivery.
- Accuracy and timeliness of reports.
- Adherence to maintenance budgerts and cost-control measures.
