- Quality: Oversee product finishing, glazing, and decorative details.
- Leadership: Supervise the bakery team and ensure strict HACCP/safety compliance.
- Operations: Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and workspace sanitation.
Experience
- 3+ years of experience +
Baking/Pastry Certificate.
Requirements - Strong knowledge of diverse pastry techniques.
- A creative, team-oriented, and initiative-driven mindset.
