COMMIS CHEF

Key Responsibilities

  • Prep Hero: Station stocking, chopping, butchering and sauce prep.
  • Service Sync: Cooking in coordination for Simultaneous, high-quality output.
  • Safety Guardian: Daily HACCP compliance and strict sanitation control.
  • Kitchen Discipline: Inventory management, station cleanup and professional teamwork.

Requirements

  • Fresh culinary graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Added Advantage: 1 year of fine-dining chef experience.
  • Culinary school degree/diploma.
  • Eager to learn and ready to put in the work.
  • Strong foundational culinary skills.
  • Perfectionism in sanitation and quality control.
  • Expert multitasking ability.
  • Exemplary work ethic in a high-pressure environment.
  • Passion and pride for delighting people with food.
