BROILERS BREEDER MANAGER
Chicksway Poultry Kenya is a leading poultry company committed to producing high quality day-old chicks through best breeding practices and excellent farm management.
We are looking for an experienced, dedicated, and results-oriented
Broilers Breeder Manager to oversee and manage our breeder operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of broiler breeder farms.
- Ensure optimal bird performance, welfare, and productivity.
- Implement and monitor breeding, incubation and biosecurity programs.
- Manage farm staff and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
- Analyze production data and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure farm targets are met in line with company goals.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 3 years of active, hands-on experience in managing broiler breeder farms.
- Strong knowledge of breeder management, biosecurity, nutrition, and incubation.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Good record keeping and ability to analyze farm performance.
- Veterinary degree is an added advantage.
