ASSISTANT FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER – OUTLETS

The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager – Dining & Outlets supports the daily operations of dining venues and F&B outlets, ensuring excellent guest service, operational efficiency, quality standards, and revenue growth while assisting in achieving financial and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily F&B outlet operations and maintain service standards
• Ensure guest satisfaction and handle feedback promptly
• Oversee outlet inspections, opening/closing procedures, and service flow
• Support staff training, scheduling, and performance management
• Promote teamwork, professionalism, and a positive work environment
• Monitor costs, sales, inventory, and minimize wastage
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and HACCP standards
• Coordinate dining operations for events and promotions
• Collaborate with departments to ensure smooth operations
• Prepare reports, monitor KPls, and maintain records

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Hotel, or Food & Beverage
  Management
• 3-5 years’ experience in F&B operations, including managerial experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, POS systems, inventory, and food safety standards
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Flexible to work weekends and holidays
