Customer Service Agent

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Customer care, public relations, Communications or Business Administration.
- At least 1 year in customer service or client-facing sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
- A track record of personal accountability, not just personal effort.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end resolution of customer issues, from first contact to confirmed close.
- Coordination with field and deployment teams to keep service delivery on schedule.
- Clear and consistent communication with clients and internal stakeholders throughout.
- Proactive escalation of risks before they become failures.
- Full ownership of your task list, with no open items left unattended
The profile we are looking for:
- You do not wait to be chased. You take responsibility for outcomes, not just activity.
- You are comfortable being measured on results.
- You close the loop every time, without being asked twice.
