Sebai Suites is a newly established luxury hotel in Naivasha, dedicated to delivering world-class hospitality, exceptional guest experiences, and personalized service in an elegant and secure environment. As part of our opening team, we invite passionate, skilled, and service-driven professionals to apply for the following positions:

AVAILABLE POSITIONS & ROLE PURPOSES

1. F&B Service Waiters / Waitresses

Role Purpose: To provide exceptional food and beverage service while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, professionalism, and guest satisfaction.

2. Cooks

Role Purpose: To prepare and present high-quality meals in line with hotel standards, approved menus, and food safety regulations.

3. Kitchen Stewards

Role Purpose: To maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen and back-of-house areas, including dishwashing, waste management, and equipment sanitation, in compliance with food safety standards.

4. Guest Room Attendants

Role Purpose: To ensure guest rooms are cleaned, maintained, and presented to the highest standards of comfort, hygiene, and aesthetics.

5. Laundry Attendants

Role Purpose: To ensure proper cleaning, handling, and care of hotel linen and guest laundry in line with hygiene and presentation standards.

6. Receptionists

Role Purpose: To provide a warm and professional first point of contact for guests, manage check-in and check-out procedures, handle reservations, and deliver accurate guest information while ensuring excellent service standards.

7. Porters

Role Purpose: To assist guests with luggage, escort guests to rooms, deliver messages and amenities, and support front office operations to enhance guest arrival and departure experiences.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality or a related field
  • Previous Hotel or Restaurant experience is an added advantage
  • Knowledge of Food safety and Hygiene standards (for F&B and Kitchen roles)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player with strong attention to detail
  • Well-groomed, courteous, and customer-focused
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
