1. Logistics Manager
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily logistics operations including transportation, shipment planning, and distribution.
• Coordinate export documentation and ensure timely delivery to clients.
• Manage logistics staff and monitor fleet performance.
• Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and clearing agents for efficient operations.
2. Compliance Assistant Manager
Key Responsibilities:
• Support compliance with industry certifications (Global G.A.P, GRASP, SMETA, etc.).
• Conduct regular audits and ensure adherence to legal and ethical standards.
• Maintain proper documentation for audits and inspections.
• Train staff on compliance and sustainability requirements.
3. Mechanic
4. Packhouse Quality Controllers
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect produce quality at various stages of packing.
• Monitor hygiene and handling standards.
• Work with packhouse teams to ensure product specifications are met.
• Record and report any non-conformities promptly.
5. Assistant Packhouse Manager
6. Social Media & Communications Officer
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage company social media platforms and online presence.
• Create engaging content to showcase company products and initiatives.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and handle customer inquiries online.
• Support brand visibility and public relations activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and plan all spraying operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
• Keep accurate spray records and manage inventory of chemicals.
• Train and monitor sprayers for proper application techniques.
9. Maintenance Assistant Manager
Key Responsibilities:
• Support maintenance planning for buildings, greenhouses, and equipment.
• Supervise maintenance staff and ensure timely repairs.
• Keep maintenance logs and manage preventive schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee rose crop management, including pruning, pest control, and harvesting.
• Supervise daily greenhouse operations and staff.
• Monitor quality and production targets.
• Ensure adherence to agronomic and quality standards.
13. Irrigation Manager
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all irrigation operations across crops.
• Manage irrigation staff and ensure optimal water use.
• Develop irrigation schedules and system maintenance plans.
• Collaborate with agronomy and production teams for efficiency.
14. Dispatch Manager
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily dispatch operations for flowers, herbs, and vegetables.
• Ensure accuracy in product labeling, packaging, and loading.
• Coordinate closely with production and logistics teams to meet shipment deadlines.
